This Dryer Drive Motor and Pulley Assembly rotates the dryer belt to spin the drum and includes the pulley to which the dryer belt attaches. To access the part, you’ll need to remove the front panel of the dryer. If your appliance stops turning during the drying cycle, won’t turn on at all or doesn’t spin, replacing this part may alleviate these issues. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the dryer and novice repair experience. You must unplug the dryer or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part. Recommended Item: Blower Wheel (item 1245880) for exhaust with clamp.
